When we update

As the internet continues to grow and dynamically change on a daily basis, the signature libraries to accurately identify and classify traffic are constantly being updated. From time to time, you may come across something that has not yet been accurately classified. We are constantly working on ways to improve our processes, and the following is in the pipeline.

1. Our product will automatically be updated with the latest signatures

2. From our next major release (7.3) this will occur automatically, until then, you will receive the latest updates every time you upgrade the software

Reporting an application that is incorrectly identified

If you come across an application that is incorrectly identified, please log a ticket with the classification "Report Application Library Identification Issue". This will ensure that it is updated by our team.
